Wei Zhong is an associate at Klasko Immigration Law Partners and a member of the EB-5 Team. She works primarily with EB-5 investors in the preparation and filing of I-526E petitions, consular processing, and/or adjustment of status.
Wei has more than 10 years of experience providing legal services in U.S. immigration. Throughout her career, she has helped individuals and families navigate the complex landscape that is the U.S. immigration system. She has served clients from across the globe in various immigration matters including employment-based petitions, family-based petitions, non-immigrant visas, asylum cases, deportation defenses, victims of crimes, and more.
Immigration is a life-changing event for many individuals and their families. She has supported people who struggled over many years to ensure their families can stay together. Wei takes a lot of pride in advocating for clients’ rights and working diligently to help them achieve immigration success.
Wei earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration and accounting from CUNY Baruch College, and her juris doctor from Pace University School of Law. While completing law school, she also worked in a boutique immigration law firm, where she stayed up to date on current issues in U.S. immigration matters, legislation, and policies. She is a member of the NYC Bar Association and is admitted to practice in New York. Wei is fluent in English, Mandarin Chinese, and Cantonese.
