Klasko Immigration Law Partners is thrilled to acknowledge and celebrate its 20th anniversary since its formation as a firm in 2004. It’s been an exciting and rewarding 20 years as the firm has grown operations, capabilities, and geographic reach, all while maintaining a culture of high standard and client excellence. The firm has also transformed from a small spinoff into a pioneering boutique, renowned for addressing complex issues with innovative solutions, including litigation, advocacy, and alternative strategies.
Since its inception, Klasko Immigration Law Partners has grown from 4 partners to 9, from 30 employees to over 110, from offices in two cities to offices in three cities and employees in 19 states. Over the last 20 years, KILP attorneys and the firm have worked diligently to provide top-tier client service and as a result have been recognized by publications like Chambers and Partners, U.S. News & World Report’s Best Lawyers in America©, Best Law Firms in America©, and Best Companies to Work For, EB5 Investors magazine, Human Resources Executive magazine, Lawdragon, and Lexicology to name a few.
When reflecting on the last 20 years, the firm’s Chairman, Ron Klasko remarks,
“When my partners and I decided to form our own firm in 2004, we were committed to creating a firm that combines industry-leading immigration legal services and a workplace environment that would attract the best lawyers and staff from around the country. 20 years later, I can truly say that we have exceeded even my very high expectations.”
Through the two decades of growth and accomplishments, what has remained the same is a workplace culture of kindness, support, camaraderie, and exceptional client service. A hallmark of the firm has been fun firmwide events during the summer and a holiday event. Events are always a surprise to most staff and have competitive features ranging from ping pong or bowling tournaments, a citywide scavenger hunt, or casino-themed games.
Klasko Immigration Law Partners’ current managing partner, William (Bill) Stock says,
“I am grateful to the thousands of clients whom we have helped reach their immigration goals over the past twenty years. As we have grown to serve their needs, we have pushed ourselves to excel because it is their future in the United States they have entrusted to us.”
