H. Ronald Klasko, one of the country’s top EB-5 immigration lawyers and founding partner of Klasko Immigration Law Partners, LLP, recently addressed immigration lawyers at the 2014 American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) Annual Conference in Boston, MA.
As a panel member, he discussed representation of the direct EB-5 investor and covered significant issues involved when representing these types of immigration law cases.
Chairman of AILA’s EB-5 Investor Committee, Mr. Klasko is a former national President and three-term General Counsel of AILA. For the last 20 years, he has been included in the highly regarded Best Lawyers in America and is named one of the country’s top immigration lawyers by Chambers Global: The World’s Leading Lawyers for Business 2014 and Human Resource Executive. A frequent lecturer and prolific author on immigration law topics, Mr. Klasko is one of only three immigration lawyers ever honored by AILA with the Founders Award–an award given to the individual or group who has had the most important impact on immigration law. A graduate of Lehigh University (B.A. 1971), Mr. Klasko received his law degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School (J.D. 1974).
