We require new clients to schedule a consultation with a lawyer to allow us to gather all of the facts in your case. This is necessary to give you a complete and correct assessment of your immigration options. Without gathering complete facts, we might give you information that is true, but not relevant to your particular situation.
Once you submit this form, our office will contact you within one business day to arrange the consultation. You can request a consultation with a specific attorney, or we will schedule an attorney who is best able to advise on your situation. If you would like an in-person meeting, you can be scheduled in Philadelphia or New York City* with an attorney in that city. Consultations by phone are also available. Typically, consultations are up to 30 minutes. Longer consultations for unusually complex cases are available by special arrangement where necessary.

Free Initial Consultations
For currently enrolled full-time university students, a complimentary* 15-minute phone consultation is available. This courtesy is also extended to employees of select colleges and universities. These consultations are subject to scheduling limitations, valid for the first consultation only, cannot be combined with multiple attorneys or discounts, and may not be scheduled to discuss immigration issues with criminal arrests or convictions. For criminal arrests or convictions, you will need to schedule a paid, 30-minute consultation.
*Free consultations for full-time university students are not available with members of the Management Committee, but a reduced fee of $300 for a 30-minute consultation may be available.
To Get the Most Out of Your Consultation
Prior to your consultation, please review the “frequently asked questions” section and other articles available on this site. In the discussion section in the form below, please provide a description of what you would like to discuss when submitting the form.
*Limited attorneys and time slots are available for consultations at the New York City location.
