Dallis Terc is an Associate with the firm with extensive experience assisting corporate clients on a variety of employment-based immigration matters.

Dallis has worked with multinational investment banks in obtaining a variety of immigrant and nonimmigrant visas for their employees. Specifically, she has experience preparing H-1B, L-1, TN, and E-3 nonimmigrant visas, as well as EB-1 Multinational Manager petitions, EB-2, and EB-3 immigrant petitions. She further counseled corporate clients and individual employees throughout the PERM and green card processes. Dallis has also represented clients in obtaining work authorization pursuant to F-1 or dependent statuses.

Following law school, Dallis joined a small boutique general practice law firm that focused on humanitarian and family-based immigration. She assisted clients with marriage-based petitions, K-1 visas, and immigration waivers. She further represented asylum and Special Immigrant Juvenile Status applicants in removal proceedings and family court proceedings.

Dallis graduated from Quinnipiac University School of Law, cum laude, in 2018. During law school, Dallis participated in QUSL’s Human Tracking Prevention Project, assisting other students and professors in compiling relevant federal and state regulations and other information to present to employees and managers within the hospitality industry to curtail human trafficking. Dallis also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism from St. John’s University. Dallis is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and currently serves as a member of the Immigration and Naturalization Committee of the NYC Bar Association. She is admitted to practice in New York.
