Klasko Immigration Law Partners, LLP is pleased to announce that a new EB-5 lawyer has joined the firm.
Daniel B. Lundy is the newest member of the firm’s EB-5 Immigration practice group. He has over 6 years experience practicing immigration law, and has assisted numerous foreign investors and entrepreneurs with obtaining permanent residency in the US through the EB-5 visa program. Mr. Lundy’s practice also includes assisting clients with E-1 and E-2 Treaty Trader and Treaty Investor visas, removal defense before the Immigration Courts and the Board of Immigration Appeals, asylum and refugee proceedings, and employment and family based immigration matters. Mr. Lundy has also litigated numerous immigration related cases in the federal District and Circuit courts on behalf of clients. A graduate of Hunter College (B.A., 2000), Mr. Lundy received his law degree from Fordham University School of Law (J.D. 2006). He is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association’s (AILA) National Litigation Section, and the New York County Lawyers’ Association, where he served as co-author of the Committee on the Federal Courts’ 2009-2010 report, “The Continuing Surge in Immigration Appeals in the Second Circuit: the Past, the Present and the Future.” Mr. Lundy has been a speaker at various events on a variety of immigration topics, including federal court litigation and the EB-5 investor visa program.
