Natalia Gouz is a Senior Associate in the Firm’s Philadelphia office and is responsible for providing strategic and comprehensive business immigration solutions for the firm’s corporate clients.

Her experience is far-reaching on an array of immigrant and nonimmigrant matters ranging from a high-volume of routine cases to complex issues requiring creative solutions. 

For temporary employment-based visas, Natalia has considerable experience in obtaining a diverse roster of nonimmigrant visas, including H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-1 and E-2, and E-3. She also has significant experience handling immigrant worker petitions (green cards) for professionals, advanced-degree individuals, multinational managers and executives, as well as skilled workers. During her years of practice, Natalia has acquired in-depth knowledge of the PERM Alien Labor Certification process, having successfully secured Labor Certifications from the U.S. Department of Labor for her clients. Natalia also enjoys working with individual clients on marriage and family-based immigration matters and through the naturalization process.

Natalia has a well-rounded and in-depth understanding of the obstacles that employers must overcome when hiring and supporting their foreign national employee populations. To this end, she works with corporate clients to develop customized and proactive immigration policies and procedures to help them navigate the U.S. immigration system. Natalia enjoys providing immigration and compliance training to human resources and recruiting professionals involved in the management of corporate immigration.

Her clients span a broad spectrum of industries, including telecommunications, investment management, information technology, logistics and transportation, manufacturing, and higher education. Prior to joining the firm, Natalia practiced business immigration law in New York City, where she represented a variety of clients, including large multinational corporations, as well as small- and mid-sized companies, start-ups, and individuals. Natalia has also volunteered her time to the Safe Passage Project at New York Law School, which addresses the legal needs of indigent immigrant youth living in New York.

Natalia’s passion for and dedication to the field of immigration law has earned her recognition in Best Lawyers in America© on the “Ones to Watch” list.

Natalia is a graduate of New York Law School (J.D.), where she served as Staff Editor for the New York Law School Law Review. Natalia received her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Pace University. She is currently admitted to practice law in New York and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. Natalia is fluent in Ukrainian.
