Each member of our Group is trained to respond to every telephone call and every e-mail promptly, and no more than 24 hours after receipt. We have a customized web-based case status monitoring system for our clients. With a password, our clients can access a secure Internet site to be apprised of the current status of all of their employees’ cases.
