2017 AILA Annual Conference

A new administration means new changes, new interpretations, and new guidance on the law. Now, more than ever, immigration attorneys need support from fellow practitioners to navigate through the uncertainty of the future of immigration practice. AILA is the 14,500-member premier bar association advancing the quality of immigration and nationality law and practice, and AILA’s annual conference will see over 3,000 immigration lawyers New Orleans for three days of presentations and round table discussions by experts and governments officials involved in the immigration process.

Klasko Partners Ron Klasko, William (Bill) Stock, Elise Fialkowski and associate Andrew Zeltner will be presenting at the conference this year. Ron will participate as discussion leader in an advanced-level roundtable discussion about the major changes in the EB-5 program and present strategies to overcome the issues. Bill will participate in a strategy session on hot topics with other AILA National Officers, as well as present on the ever-changing landscape in practicing immigration law. Elise will present on an all-levels panel about the key issues that U.S. practitioners should be concerned about regarding global immigration.
